Is There a Shipping Fee For Orders?

Yes, there is a $15 flat rate shipping fee. However, we offer free shipping on orders over $45 USD/CAD.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For customer in Canada and the US, please allow up to 5 - 10 business days from the shipment date to receive your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your package ships you will receive an email with tracking information. If you still need help locating your package, you can reach out to the HugSmart team at info@hugsmartpet.com

Where Do You Ship HugSmart Orders?

We currently only ship within the US (including APO/ FPO addresses) and Canada.

Our wholesale order minimum is $250, and we offer free shipping within the US and Canada.
